The Fitting Process
Made-to-measure only works if the measurements are right. Here’s exactly what happens between you placing an order and the jacket arriving at your door.
Choose your fit method
At checkout you pick one of two routes: a virtual measurement call, where we walk you through taking your own measurements on camera, or entering measurements yourself using our guided form with how-to videos for every body part.
We review every order by hand
Before anything is cut, your measurements are checked against your chosen size and style. If something looks off — a number that doesn’t match the rest, a combination that seems unusual — we reach out on WhatsApp before proceeding, not after.
Cutting and construction
Your garment is cut to your individual measurements and built using the construction method you chose — Fully Fused, Half Lined, Unlined, or Half Canvas. This is the longest stage, and the one we refuse to rush. Timelines run from 7 to 18 days depending on construction.
Final quality check
Every finished piece is checked against your original order before it ships — seams, buttons, lining, and overall proportions. We’re looking for the kind of small inconsistency that’s easy to miss once, but obvious the moment you put it on.
It arrives at your door
Packaged and shipped. If anything about the fit isn’t right once you have it on, message us on WhatsApp — we’d rather make it right than have you wear something that doesn’t feel like it was made for you.
Why we don’t rush it
Made-to-measure is a different promise than buying off the rack. We’re building one specific garment for one specific person, not pulling a finished piece off a shelf. That takes longer, but it’s the only way the fit actually means something. If you need something sooner for a specific event, tell us on WhatsApp — we’ll always try to accommodate it where we can.
