The process

Two ways to work together

The approach is the same whether you’re in South Delhi or Sydney. The only difference is where we meet first.

If you’re in Delhi

We meet in person

1

We talk

A conversation about what you want — cut, colour, fabric, construction and occasion. No rushing. We take the time it takes.

2

I come to you

Measurements are taken in person. I bring fabric references and source options in your budget from both Indian and international mills — explained plainly, not pushed.

3

You approve the cloth

Nothing is cut until you’ve confirmed the fabric. The garment is built to your specific pattern, not a standard block.

4

My quality check — then delivery

I check the finished piece myself before it reaches you. You receive something I’m satisfied with, not something I’m hoping you’ll overlook.

If you’re overseas

We work virtually

1

The call

We discuss cut, colour, construction and budget. Indian mill and international mill options explained side by side, honestly.

2

Fabric selection

I source options in your budget and send photos, videos and AI mockups of how the cloth will look made up. You choose before anything moves forward.

3

Measurements

Virtual measurements on call, supplemented by dimensions from a well-fitting garment you already own — a practical safety net that makes remote tailoring work properly.

4

Making & quality check

Once made, I photograph and video the finished piece, check every detail, alter anything before it ships.

5

It arrives at your door

Packed and shipped. If anything about the fit isn’t right, message us — that’s part of the service.

The cloth

What we work with

Every bespoke piece starts with a fabric conversation. The cloth determines everything — how the garment moves, how it ages, how it handles the climate you live in. We work exclusively in natural fibres and source to order.

We don’t stock fabric — we source. Every fabric listed has been worked with, but availability varies by season and mill. We always confirm what’s available within your budget before proceeding.

Wool

The foundation of tailoring. Breathes, holds shape, drapes naturally. Super 100s through to 160s depending on the weight you need.

Linen & Linen Blends

The right answer for Indian summers. Pure linen or blended with cotton for more body. Creasing is part of the character.

Wool & Linen

Structure from the wool, breathability from the linen. Better shape retention than pure linen, lighter than full wool suiting.

Wool & Silk

A quiet sheen that reads refined rather than shiny. Excellent in structured silhouettes and occasion suiting.

Wool, Linen & Silk

Structure, breathability and a subtle lustre in one blend. Particularly well-suited to occasion wear in warmer climates.

Cashmere & Blends

For the cooler months. Blended with wool for durability while retaining the characteristic warmth and weight.

Fresco & High Twist

Open weave, resists creasing, recovers fast. One of the best travel cloths in the world.

Flannel

Brushed wool with a soft matte surface. A winter cloth with relaxed formality. Excellent in charcoal and mid-grey.

Harris Tweed

Hand-woven in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. Robust, textural, unmistakably country. Subject to availability.

Cotton Suitings

A sharp silhouette without full suiting formality. Lower maintenance, versatile across seasons.

Our commitment

You never receive something I wouldn’t send.

Every piece is checked by me personally before it ships. If something is off — a proportion, a seam, a finish — I correct it. That’s not a policy. It’s just how this works.

Fabric consultancy included

Indian mill vs international options explained honestly in your budget — not steering you toward the more expensive choice.

You approve before we cut

Photos, videos and AI mockups of your options. Nothing moves until you’ve confirmed the cloth.

Measurement safety net

Virtual measurements supplemented by a well-fitting garment you already own — a reference we can actually trust.

Bespoke doesn’t mean canvas only

Construction is your choice. What makes it bespoke is a pattern cut specifically to you, not a standard block.

Personal quality check before every shipment

I photograph and video the piece, alter what needs altering — before it leaves, not after you tell me.
