Made-to-measure policy

All pieces made by Measured by DVA are cut and constructed to your specific measurements. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the basis of change of mind or incorrect size selection where the measurements provided by the customer were inaccurate.

Defects & errors on our part

If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, a construction error, or a significant deviation from the measurements you provided, we will remake or repair it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs and a description of the issue.

Alterations

Minor fit adjustments are a normal part of made-to-measure. If something needs a small tweak after delivery, contact us and we will advise on the best course of action.
